3. Service Availability

While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of their connection and equipment
• Using the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Paying all fees and charges on time
• Notifying us of any changes to their account information

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance as per the selected plan. Late payments may result in service suspension. We accept various payment methods including online payments, bank transfers, and cash.

6. Service Installation

Installation will be scheduled at a mutually convenient time. Customers must provide access to the installation location and ensure all necessary permissions are obtained.

7. Equipment

Equipment provided by NV Skynet remains our property. Customers are responsible for its care and must return it upon service termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

NV Skynet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days written notice. Early termination may be subject to applicable charges.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
